Testimonials

The best and most imaginative art workshop we have attended ...To transform a part of Wimbledon Common into the childrens own personal world, to customize it with their art and to do it on such a scale - that gigantic spider and web - was quite magical.

Parent of a child attending Philippa's Children's Art School Wild Art workshop in October

It was a really amazing couple of days, some great feedback and my boys thoroughly enjoyed it...as did the others. It was lovely seeing the children busy, creating, focused, owning the space so confidently and making friends so easily. Just seeing them playing, chasing, running and waving sticks was a joy! Philippa has a lovely way with them, so calm and at ease, directing them gently but leaving things nice and open to go where they go...

Thank you Philippa for an amazing couple of days! Truly extraordinary, utterly different, massively creative experience. Kids loved it. Can't wait to see what happens next...

Frances, London (parent of two of the first ever children to experience Forest School Theatre.)

Thanks again for a lovely day on Saturday - I really did enjoy myself and left feeling both invigorated and peaceful!

Susie, Brighton (Women of the Wood's participant)

Philippa's Women of the Woods day was an invigorating interlude from city life, combining the ethereal experience of mud-sculpting tree spirits with the belly laughs of constructing a woodland toilet.  Philippa was a generous facilitator, allowing the group to stamp their identity on the day but gently guiding in the right places to keep everyone to task and ensure we packed plenty in. Oh, and the food was phenomenal!

Helena, London

It was such a unique and fun day. A fantastic mix of activities, learnt new skills and did things I have never done before. I told many friends about the experience and what we did; they have all said that they would love to do the Forest School for Adults. Felt so good and detoxifying to be outdoors in nature all day.
